We do not have a gift receipt option; however, pricing will not be displayed on the invoice when shipping to an address other than your billing address.
Both PINK and Victoria’s Secret gift cards can be used at victoriassecret.com and any U.S. Victoria’s Secret or PINK store. The only difference is the design of the card itself.
We offer several options to return your gift. Choose the option that works best for you below:

  • STORE PURCHASE: Gifts purchased at a Victoria’s Secret Store must be returned to a store. See our Store Purchase Return Policy, which also applies to gift returns. If you're not sure where the merchandise was purchased, check with your local store.
  • ONLINE PURCHASE: Your return must occur within 30 days from the date your merchandise was shipped and otherwise meet our Return Policy Guidelines. If this is true, bring your item(s) and your order invoice to a store near you and we will gladly accept your return. Our store associate will then mail your return back. Please allow 21 business days for our Distribution Center to receive and process your return.
  • RETURN BY MAIL: Print a Return Form and complete using your information. Then, follow our Return by Mail Instructions. Please allow 21 business days from the time you mailed it back for us to receive and process your return. Be sure to write down the return tracking number so you can check the progress of your return.
